What is Constant Recovery all about anyway?  Well, it is about playing music as a form of self expression.  So, when we play, we have a few loose framework ideas at the beginning of the session...thats it.  The rest is just improvisational playing influenced by some of our very diverse musical favorites; Black Sabbath, Aristocrats, Quatermass Seven, Four80East, Khruangbin, Earthless, etc..

Our music is all about taking risks, pushing boundaries, and exploring new sonic territories. We create a sonic landscape that is both ethereal and grounded, with a sound that can be both meditative and chaotic.
